本文详细论述了生命线工程的震害及其对大中城市、大型工矿企业产生的直接危害和对震后救灾所造成的影响。分别对两类生命线工程受震易损性进行了全面分析;对我国大中城市和大型工矿企业的生命线工程现状作了概括的评述;并针对国情提出了震前防灾措施,震后救灾措施和有关政策性的建议。

Seismic damage of lifeline engineering, its direct threat to large or medium cities and major industri-al and mining enterprises, and its influences on rescue works after earthquakes are discussed. seismicvulnerability of two types of lifeline engineering are analyzed, and present situation of lifeline engi-neering of large or medium cities and major industrial and mining enterprises in China are reviewed. Inaddition measures and strategy on disaster-prevention and rescue are recommended.
