注射用牛肺表面活性剂联合CPAP治疗早产儿特发性呼吸窘迫综合征的效果

Effect of calf pulmonary surfactant for injection combined with CPAP in the treatment of idiopathic respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants

目的探讨注射用牛肺表面活性剂联合持续正压通气（CPAP）治疗早产儿特发性呼吸窘迫综合征（IRDS）的临床效果。方法以2010年3月～2013年6月本院收治的28例早产儿IRDS患者为研究对象，观察和比较治疗前后动脉血气指标以及CPAP参数的变化情况。结果患儿的临床症状明显改善，动脉血气指标和CPAP参数与用药前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论注射用牛肺表面活性剂联合CPAP治疗早产儿IRDS效果良好，可使患儿的症状、动脉血气指标、CPAP参数明显改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of calf pulmonary surfactant for injection combined with continuous positive airway pressure （CPAP） in the treatment of idiopathic respiratory distress syndrome （IRDS） in premature in- fants. Methods 28 premature infants with IRDS admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2010 to June 2013 were selected as research objects.Changes of arterial blood gas indicators and CPAP parameters before and after treat- ment were observed and compared in the study. Results After treatment,The clinical symptoms improved obviously,and there was a statistical difference of arterial blood gas indicators and CPAP parameters compared to before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of calf pulmonary surfactant for injection treating idiopathic respiratory distress syn- drome （IRDS） in premature infants is good,and it can make the symptoms,arterial blood gas index,CPAP parameters in patients improved significantly.
