蒙脱石散剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的效果观察

Effect observation of montmorillonite powder combined with reduced glutathione tablets retention enema in treatment of radiation proctitis

目的探讨蒙脱石散剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的临床效果。方法将本院接收的200例放射性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和观察组各100例,对照组便后蒙脱石散剂混合液保留灌肠治疗,1次/d,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用2 g还原型谷胱甘肽保留灌肠治疗。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为71.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为3.0%,低于对照组的12.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽保留灌肠治疗能显著提高放射性直肠炎的临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with reduced glutathione tablets retention enema in the treatment of radiation proctitis.nethods 200 cases of patients with radiation proctitis who were admitted into our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group （100 cases） and control group （100 cases）, the control group was treated with montmoritlonite powder mixed liquor retention enema after toilet stops,1 time per day, meanwhile,the treatment group was added with montmorillonite powder 2 g on the basis of control group.7 days for a treatment course,and were treated with 3 courses,the clinical effect and safety of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.0%,higher than 71.0% of control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.0%,obviously lower than 12.0% of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with radiation proctitis tablets retention enema can obviously improve the clinical effect and safety of radiation proctitis,it is worth to be promoted in clinic.
