摘要
目的探讨护患沟通技巧在门诊换药护理中的应用效果。方法选择2012年4月~2013年3月在本院门诊换药的260例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各130例,对照组采用传统的沟通方法,观察组采用护患沟通技巧,比较两组护理满意度及投诉率。结果观察组护理满意度为98.46%,明显高于对照组的88.46%;观察组投诉率为0.77%,明显低于对照组的5.38%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论门诊换药护理中采用护患沟通技巧不仅能使患者得到更好的服务,还能提高护理人员自身专业水平和交往能力,并提高社会效益。
Objective To investigate application effect of nurse-patient communication skill in outpatient dressing care. Methods 260 patients with outpatient dressing in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013 were selected and ran- domly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 130 cases.Traditional methods of communication was used in control group,nurse-patient communication skill was used in observation group.Nursing satisfaction,com- plaint rate was compared in two groups respectively.Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 98.46%,sig- nificantly higher than that of control group (88.46%).Complaint rate of observation group was 0.77%,significantly lower than that of control group(5.38%),with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nurse-patient communication skill in outpatient dressing care not only can make patient get better service,hut also improve nurses' professional level and communication ability,and improve social benefit
