优质护理服务模式在骨科髋关节置换患者围术期中的应用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing service mode on hip replacement patients in department of orthopedics during perioperative period

目的评价优质护理服务模式在骨科髋关节置换患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2009年6月～2012年9月本院骨科收治并行髋关节置换术的住院患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为优质护理服务模式组和传统护理服务模式组，各30例，从护理服务、护士技术、护士态度、病区环境、总体满意度5个方面评价患者对护理的满意度，从护理工作模式、工作环境、医护合作、工作强度、社会地位及成就感5个方面评价护士对护理工作的满意度，并比较两组的并发症发生率、平均住院时间。结果两组的护理服务、护士态度、病区环境、总体满意度、工作环境、社会地位及成就感比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。优质护理服务模式组和传统护理服务模式组的平均住院时间分别为（14．5~3．5）d、（19．5±6．0）d，差异有统计学意义（t=3．942，P〈0.05）。优质护理服务模式组和传统护理服务模式组的并发症发生率分别为6．7％、26．7％，差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．320，P〈0.05）。结论在骨科病房开展优质护理服务可有效提高护理质量及患者与护理人员对护理工作的满意度，减少患者住院时间，降低并发症发生率。

Objective To evaluate application effect of high-quality nursing service mode on hip replacement patients in department of orthopedics during perioperative period.Methods 60 hospitalized patients undergone hip replacement of orthopedics department in our hospital from June 2009 to September 2012 were selected and randomly divided into high-quality nursing service mode group and conventional nursing service mode group according to random number table,30 cases of each group.Patient satisfaction with nursing care was evaluated according to 5 aspects of nursing ser- vice,nursing technique,nurses attitude,ward environment and overall satisfaction.Nurse satisfaction to nursing work was evaluated according to 5 aspects of nursing work mode,work environment,medical cooperation,work intensity,social sta- tus and sense of accomplishment.Incidence rate of complication,hospitalization time in two goups was compared re- spectively.Results The nursing service,the nurses attitude,ward environment,overall satisfaction,working environment,so- cial status and sense of accomplishment of two goups was compared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Hos- pitalization time of high-quality nursing service mode group and conventional nursing service mode group was（14.5＋3.5） days, （19.5 _＋6.0）days respectively,with statistical difference （t=3.942,P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of complication in high- quality nursing service mode group and conventional nursing service mode group was 6.7%,26.7%,with statistical differ- ence（X^22=4.320,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of high-quality nursing service in orthopedic ward can effectively improve the nursing quality as well as satisfactions by both patient and nurse,reduce hospitalization time,and decrease in- cidence rate of complication.
