循证护理在上消化道出血急救中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing care on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in first aid

目的探讨循证护理在上消化道出血急救中的应用效果。方法选取本院2009年6月～2012年7月收治的78例上消化道出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组39例。观察组采用循证护理，对照组采用基础护理，比较两组的止血时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度及SAS评分。结果观察组止血时间短于对照组，并发症发生率和SAS评分低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理在上消化道出血急救中的应用效果较好，可减少并发症的发生，改善患者的焦虑情绪。

Objective To explore application effect of evidence-based nursing care on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in first aid.Methods 78 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from June 2009 to July 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.Evidence- based nursing care was used in observation group,basic nursing care was used in control group.Hemostatic time,inci- dence rate of complication,SAS score and patient＇s satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively.Results Hemostatic time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,incidence rate Of complication and SAS score in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,patient＇s satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application effect of evidence- based nursing care on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in first aid is good,which can reduce complication,improve patient＇s anxiety.
