外固定支架配合中药治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating tibia and fibula fracture

目的探讨外固定支架配合中药治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的88例胫腓骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例,对照组患者给予单纯外固定支架治疗,观察组患者给予外固定支架配合中药治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、骨折平均愈合时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者骨折平均愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外固定支架配合中药治疗胫腓骨骨折患者可有效提高治疗效果,有助于骨折愈合,且不良反应少,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of tibia and fibula fracture. Methods 88 cases with tibia and fibula fracture treated in our hospital were se- lected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given single external fixation, and the observation group was given external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The total effective rate, average healing time and incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）, and the average healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈O.05）, and the incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion External fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of tibia and fibula fracture not only can effectively improve treatment effect and help fracture healing, but also has less adverse reactions and evident clinical effect, which is wor- thy of promotion and application.
