Marriage between Drama and Animation:the Linking and Fusion between Tradition and Modernity

近年来,动漫与戏剧的结合愈演愈烈。不少媒体为了挽救日渐衰落的传统文化,将传统艺术与动漫艺术相嫁接,希图以此来博得更广泛的群众关注。而动漫作为朝阳产业,在当今中国也并没有表现出原本该有的生机和活力。若想通过戏剧与动漫的联姻,使两者都焕发出新的面貌,必不能使它们简单叠加,而是要在相互融合的基础上进行再创造。

In recent years, the combination between animation and drama has intensified. In order to preserve the declining traditional culture and attract the attention of the masses, many media have been attempting to graft traditional art works onto animation which, as an emerging industry in China, does not show as much vitality as it should. If both are to be revitalized through a marriage between the two , then what is needed is not simply to add one to the other, but to re-create by fusing the two.
