A Study on Experimental Measuring Methods of Port in Diesel Engine

摘要 在稳流模拟试验台上 ,利用 3种涡流计测量了缸内涡流 ,利用 3种试验方法对气道的性能进行了测定 ,分析了涡流计型式对缸内涡流转速测量的影响 ,对 3种气道试验方法进行了比较。动量式涡流计测量值没有大幅度波动 ,且始终高于叶片式涡流计的测量值 ;叶片式涡流计测量值随测量位置的变化波动较大 ,矩形叶片变化幅度较哑铃形叶片变化幅度大。用Ri cardo试验方法和AVL试验方法测得的无量纲涡流值 ,在整个气门升程范围内均比用动量矩法测得的涡流值小 ,而且气门升程越大 ,差值也越大。 In order to study the experimental measuring methods of port,three kinds of swirl meters and experimental methods are used on the stationary flow test bench.This paper analyses the laws of in cylinder swirl measuring by the influence of style of swirl meter and measuring position.The measuring value of momentum swirl meter does not fluctuate greatly,and is always higher than that of paddle wheel swirl meter.The measuring value of paddle wheel swirl meter fluctuates greatly according to the movement of measuring position.Moreover,the fluctuation extension of rectangle vane is greater than that of dumbbell vane.Three kinds of experimental methods are compared.Non dimensional swirl value measured with ricardo experimental method and AVL experimental method is always lower than that with angular momentum method within the full range of valve lift.In addition,the difference is greater while the lift is higher.Swirl value measured with Ricardo experimental method is higher than that with AVL experimental method.
