摘要
针对中国宝山钢铁集团公司CVC热连轧机组 ,提出一种新的板凸度分配设定方法·首先计算出热连轧机组总的轧件比例凸度变化值 ,然后按各机架压下率占整个机组总压下率的比例 ,将总比例凸度变化值分配给各机架 ,进而可计算出各机架轧后板凸度·通过适当分配各机架的板比例凸度和板凸度 ,可在不产生板形缺陷的条件下 ,充分发挥CVC轧机的能力 ,以期得到符合要求板凸度的成品·采用此方法进行板凸度分配设定 ,同时结合辊系弹性变形模型、工作辊热凸度计算模型、CVC工作辊横移设定模型、负荷分配模型等 ,开发了计算板凸度调整和CVC工作辊横移设定的软件·利用所开发的软件对现场生产条件进行计算 。
A new crown setup model of CVC Hot Strip Mill(HSM) was developed according to the field condition of Bao Steel Inc.,China. The scale of the proportional crown value fluctuation of the whole HSM was calculated in the beginning and then it was assigned to each stand according to the proportion of the reduction ratio of this stand to the whole reduction ratios. As a result,the crown after each stand can be calculated. With the appropriate setup of the proportion crown and the crown,to each stand,keeping the flatness under control and the on gauge plate can be achieved during the CVC Hot Strip Mill. A software was developed based on the new crown setup model together with the roll elastic deformation model,work roll thermal crown model,CVC work roll shifting model and load distribution model. The software can be used to simulate the crown setup and roll shifting of Hot Strip Mill offline. The software was tested in the field condition and the results were much better than the previous field setup.
