摘要
中国现代管理理论是研究并阐释辛亥革命以来关于现代化建设的管理理念、思想、理论与学说及其产生、发展、完善的条件、特点与规律性的科学,是对中国追求与实现现代化进程中管理实践、管理理论的客观归纳、概括与总结。深刻理解与把握中国现代管理理论研究的基本问题,对于认识和深化中国现代管理理论的基本诉求和实质内容有着重要的理论意义。
The Chinese modern management theory is the science studying and interpretating the management ideas, thoughts, theories and doctrines of modernization construction since the revolution of 1911 and the conditions, characteristics and regu- larity of its emergence, development, improve, are the objective conclusion, generalization and summary of management practice and management theory in the process of China pursuing and realizing modernization. Deeply understanding and grasping the basic problems of Chinese modem management theory research have important theoretical significance and substance for un- derstanding and deepening the basic demands and flesh and blood of Chinese modern management theory.
