筒子染色加工中水洗浴比一般在1:10以上,通过试验,采用一种筒子染色加工的半浴水洗工艺。即在筒子前处理后水洗和染色后水洗时,水位控制在染缸的60%位置,浴比为1:6,比正常水位减少40%,在保证染色品质量的前提下,节约了用水量和升温蒸汽,减少了助剂用量和排污。该工艺生产的筒子纱内外层的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度等均达到要求。

The method assures the established products quality with up to 40% less water consumption, reduced consumption of steam and auxiliaries, and discreased pollution emis sions. The soaping fastness and the rubbing fastness of the yarn both in the inner layer and in the outer layer meet the stand ard requirements.
