摘要
采用聚吡咯修饰铂电极对抗癌药物呋氟尿嘧啶进行电化学控制释放 ,结果表明该药物的负载与释放由聚吡咯膜的电化学氧化还原过程决定 ,其释放量可达 10 - 5mol/L ,并与还原电量、膜厚呈线形关系。
The electrochemically controlled release of Ftorafur(FT 207) from the polypyrrole film on platinum electrode is studied.The result shows that the binding and release of FT 207 depends on the electrochemical redox process of the PPy film.The release amount of FT 207,which can reach 10 -5 mol/L,is proportional to the cathodic charge and thickness of the PPy film.
