摘要
采用固体粉末法 ,对 2 0钢和 45钢进行渗硼处理 .加热到 560℃~ 70 0℃ ,保温 6h~ 1 0 h,可以得到深度为 1 3μ~ 65μ的渗硼层 ,试验结果表明 ,在相变点以下温度保温一定时间 ,可以达到渗硼的目的 .
Boriding is carried out for 20# steel and 45# steel by means of powder. The steels are heated to 560℃~700℃ for 6h~10h, and a boriding layer of 13μ~65μcan be obtained. The results show that boriding can undergo by holding the samples for several hours below the transformation temperature. The thickness of the boriding layer increases with the temperature and holding time.
