摘要
数控加工仿真和验证是CAM系统的重要组成部分。通过仿真实现数控程序的模拟加工,可以节省大量的人力和物力。本文阐述了一种新的基于留量几何模型的数控加工智能仿真和验证系统的建模、体系结构及其实现。
Simulation and verification of the numerical controled machining is an very important part of a CAM system.Material resources and labours can be greatly saved for the use of simulation and verification. The paper mainly describes an intelligent simulation and verification system based on a stock-remaining model. The geometric model , framework and the realization of this system are discussed
