摘要
在广义映射原理指导下,探讨了组合夹具创新设计自动化的潜力及主要的方法和途径。指出广义域分解的粒度空间是决定组合夹具创新设计潜力的关键因素。因此选择零件的夹持表面作为分析的基础,从提取夹具的需求信息出发,建立了组合夹具的功能要求集合,探讨了组合夹具功-构自动映射的方法,在对组合夹具概念结构实施多方案重构过程中,验证其创新潜力。
Under the guidance of the 'theory of generalized mapping',this paper investigates the potential of creativity and the principal methodologies of modular fixture design automation. It is pointed out that the decomposed granularity space of generalized field is the key element of product creative design. So the fixturing faces of the workpiece is firstly analyzed, and the functional requirement is extracted. The set of the function requirements fixture is constituted.The automatic Function-Form Mapping is researched in detail. The set of the function requirements of modular fixture is constituted. The muti-schemetic reconstitution of the conceptual fixture structure is explored, where the potential of creativity is exemplified.
