从慢性病防控队伍建设分析高血压健康服务工作现状

目的了解衡阳县乡镇慢性病防治管理员(下称慢病管理员)专业水平及高血压患者健康管理服务工作开展情况,为促进慢性病防控、加强慢性病健康管理服务能力提供依据。方法对医务人员采用不记名的问卷调查,按容量调查法随机抽取1 493名高血压病人及家属采取集中和上门相结合的现场调查方法。结果慢病管理员问卷知识调查合格率为70%,与乡镇卫生院门诊、住院医生(临床医生)91.8%的合格率相比,P<0.01;与乡村医生(下称村医)、防保员61.52%的合格率比较无差异,P>0.05。42.85%的村开展了高血压防治专项健康教育,乡镇卫生院慢病管理员有、无专业技术资质与高血压健康服务工作开展有非常统计学差异。结论引进或聘用有专业技术的人才从事慢病防治管理工作,提高乡镇卫生院负责人的思想认识,加大农村村民健康教育工作力度,指导乡镇慢病管理员和村医把健康知识传播到每一位慢性病患者及患者家庭成员,实现国家对高血压病人健康管理服务目标。

Conclusion The introduction or hire a professional and technical personnel engaged in the management of chronic disease prevention and control work, the person in charge of township hospitals to improve thinking and understanding, increase rural village health education efforts, guiding the township and village doctors administrator chronic disease to spread the knowledge of the health Each one chronic patients and family members of patients, patients with hypertension to achieve national health management service goals.
