98例支气管哮喘患者吸入干粉糖皮质激素使用方法观察

Nursing for 98 cases of the use of methods inhaled powder glucocorticoid bronchial asthma patients

目的分析哮喘患者吸入干粉糖皮质激素使用过程中存在的问题，了解其中的错误，进一步指导正确用药。方法我院2011年10月～2013年4月对98例门诊及住院治疗的支气管哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素的使用方法进行了调查。结果98例患者在实际操作观察及问答调查中，正确使用率为16．2％而错误使用率为83．8％。结论正确使用率低，错误使用率高，复诊患者正确使用率提高。

Objective to analyze existing inhaled corticosteroids in asthma patients using dry process, understand the error, to guide the correct medication. Methods Using the method of our hospital in 2011 October 2013 year in April of inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of 98 cases of patients with bronchial asthma outpatients and inpatients were investigated. Results 98 patients in the practical observation and Q ＆ a survey, using the correct and error rate of 16.2% utilization rate was 83.8%. Conclusion the proper use of the low rate of error, the high usage rate, patient with correct use rate.
