The Research on the University Students' Employment Quality in the Context of Expanding Employment Strategy

在当前扩大就业战略背景下,各级政府和高校普遍把提升就业率作为大学生就业工作的主要目标,而大学生就业质量逐步下滑的现实问题日益显现。当前我国大学生就业质量面临问题与挑战,大学生就业质量问题对我国社会经济产生了严重影响,我国理论和实践部门应当关注大学生就业质量问题。

Governments and universities generally take increasing employment ratio as the main target oI university students＇ employment work in the context of expanding employment strategy. However, ignoring the reality that university students＇ employment quality is gradually declining. This paper describes current issues and challenges faced by Chinese university students＇ employment quality, and then analyses the serious influence of university students＇ employment quality problem on our social economy. Afterwards, it puts forward the related research fields of university students＇ employment quality which our theoretical and practical departments should ibcus on currently.
