摘要
高职教育校企合作多年来一直存在因合作主体价值取向上的差异而导致合作关系松散、合作效能低下等问题。校企利益共同体以校企双方共同利益为基础,突破以往"学校本位"或"企业本位"价值取向的局限,着力于建立校企高度融合的和谐生态,双方以优质高效的服务品质,满足合作主体的利益诉求。校企利益共同体主要通过构建共同体的组织框架、完善共同体的管理机制和提高共同体的服务水平等实现其价值取向。
Due to the divergence in value orientation between relevant parties, the cooperation between schools and enterprises has been slack and of low efficiency. The school and enterprise interest community is based on the common interest, and outreaches the value limitation, namely school-based or enterprise-based. It endeavors to establish a harmonious environment in which schools and enterprises works together closely. Meanwhile, the two parties provide services of high quality and efficiency to meet the respective demands. Resorting to establishing the organization framework, optimizing the management system and upgrading the service quality, the interest community realizes its value orientation.
