This paper describes a software of motor default diagnosis. In view of the method of open object(OO), this software was developed appling the Visual C++6.0 to serve as developing environment, and making use of the style of WINDOWS, it has the features that the whole interface is simple to operate, and the software's function is better. If it can be spread to use, it will bring considerable benefits of economy and society.
