深坑式构筑物沉降事故分析及其设计、施工方案的探讨

摘要 本文根据几个软土地基上的深坑式构筑物沉降事故工程实例,论述了沉降事故对施工安装和生产使用的危害;分析了产生事故的原因;提出了补偿式天然地基、补偿式桩基、补偿式地下连续墙三种既可避免沉降事故又较经济合理的设计、施工方案。 According to several engineering examples of deep-pit structures set in soft soil stratum, theharmful influences on construction, equipment installation and the succeeding production process areexamined, and the reason of these unexpected settlement is discussed; the author suggests three ration-al and economical measures to prevent settlement accidents, these measures are compensative naturefoundation, and compensative pile foundation and compensative diaphragm wall.
