MRI对早期阿尔茨海默病的诊断及其进展
摘要
阿尔茨海默病（alzheimer’s disease，AD）是最常见的痴呆症之一，占痴呆总人数的50％～70％[1]。AD于1960年由Alzheimer医生首次提出，它是以记忆损害、进行性认知功能障碍为特征的中枢神经系统退行性疾病，是以神经斑和神经元纤维缠结沉积、基底前脑胆碱神经元丢失为主要病理改变。近几年来，多数学者认为内嗅区皮层才是AD最早受累部位。研究发现内嗅区皮质是神经元纤维缠结最初发生的地方，并且缠结的密度与痴呆的严重程度成正相关旧。
