摘要
伴随着高等教育的发展及信息化进程的推进,依托管理系统对高等院校的教研项目信息进行联网管理势在必行。提出基于B/S的三层次结构建立教研绩效网络管理系统的设计思想和体系结构,给出教改课题等六类教研项目管理、教研绩效分量化统计以及用户管理等模块的实现过程。
With the development of higher education and the advancement of information technology ,relying on the network management system to manage the projects of teaching and research about colleges and universities is imperative. Provides the design and architecture of estab-lishing network management system about performance of teaching and research, which is based on the structure of B/S. Gives the im-plementation and process of modules which include six kinds of projects management of teaching and research on teaching reformation, quantization and statistics integral modules, and user management modules.
