非小细胞肺癌靶向治疗的相关分子检测

摘要 非小细胞肺癌fnon-small cell lung cancer,NSCLCl是成年人常见的恶性肿瘤之一。随着NSCLC分子生物学和新药开发研究的不断深入.基于分子标志物的靶向治疗已从实验室走到了临床.并在晚期NSCLC患者的治疗中取得了显著的效果。表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor.EGFRl基因、间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplastic lymphoma kinase,ALKl基因、KRAS基因、BRAF基因是目前NSCLC靶向治疗研究的重要靶点.针对EGFR和ALK基因的靶向药物已相继被用于临床。美国食品与药品管理局最近批准雅培公司生产的FISH试剂盒用于EMIA.ALK融合基因的诊断.引入了伴随诊断的概念。我国也先后制定了EGFR基因突变检测和ALK阳性非小细胞肺癌诊断的专家共识。虽然国内各大医院病理科已常规开展分子检测.为NSCLC靶向治疗提供重要参考,但仍有许多临床医师和病理医师对NSCLC靶向治疗相关分子检测缺乏深入了解。本文将针对NSCLC靶向治疗的相关分子检测进行全面介绍。
