经皮椎体成形术的解剖与临床 被引量：1

摘要 随着医学的发展，微创化和精准化已成为外科努力的方向[1-4]。目前，胸腰椎经皮椎体成形术（percutaneousverte．bralplastic，PVP）已经在各级医院迅速开展。该手术的特点是创伤小，但不能像切开手术可以有较大的手术视野和在直视下操作，术者须对病变局部的解剖和术式非常了解才能胜任，否则可能会损伤血管或重要的组织。本文就相关的解剖与临床问题总结如下。
