亚甲蓝应用于顽固性肋间神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Research of Methylene Blue Applied to Refractory Intercostals Neuralgia

目的探讨亚甲蓝治疗顽固性肋间神经痛的临床效果。方法对45例顽固性肋间神经痛患者采用0.2%的亚甲蓝复合液行肋间神经阻滞,观察镇痛疗效。结果45例患者显效27例,有效18例,总有效率100%,疼痛程度治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚甲蓝肋间神经阻滞应用于顽固性肋间神经痛安全、有效、操作简单、物美价廉,能消除或长期缓解疼痛,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To research the therapeutic effect of methylene blue on stubborn intercostals neuralgia .Methods Forty-five cases of patients suffered stubborn intercostals neuralgia were treated by intercostals nerve block with methylene blue （0.2%） compound liquid,then,to observe the analgesic effect .Results Therapeutic effect was outstanding on 27 patients and was effective on 18 patients,total effective rate of 100%.The degree of pain before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Methylene blue could be used to block intercostals nerve ,what is applied to stubborn intercostals neuralgia ,safely,effectively,simple operat-ing,good and inexpensive ,could eliminate or relieve pain for a long time ,worthy of clinical application widely .
