术前放疗对宫颈癌中Twist表达的影响及其相关性研究

The Influence of Preoperative Radiotherapy for Cervical Cancer in Twist Expression and Its Correlation Research

目的探讨Twist与宫颈癌的相关性及术前放疗对其表达的影响。方法从2010年6月~2013年6月在我科住院的宫颈癌患者中筛查符合纳入标准的病例40例。取其宫颈癌放疗前活检钳取组织标本、放疗并手术后组织标本,分为放疗前组、放疗后组,采用免疫组织化学方法检测Twist的表达,并观察表达的变化。结果Twist的表达在放疗后与放疗前分别为75%和45%,有明显减弱趋势,差异有显著性(x^2=7.5,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌的发生发展与Twist有密切关系,宫颈癌为放疗敏感性肿瘤,Fwist对放射线诱导的宫颈癌细胞凋亡具有重要的调控作用。

Objective To discuss the correlation between the expression of Twist and cervical cancer ,as well as the effect of preoperative radiotherapy on its expression .Methods All the cases are selected from the in-patients which had been hospitaled from June 2010~June 2013 .The selected cases should be accorded with our criterions .Final-ly 40 cases accorded with the criterion .All cases are classed two groups：before and after radiotherapy .The expressions of Twist was observed by immunohistochemistry .The differences were showed and analyzed .Results The expression rate of Twist in the disease tiusses was 75%and 45%respectively.The two groups had significant differences （χ2 =7.5,P〈0. 05 ） .Conclusion The relationship between the occurrence of cervical cancer and Twist are close .Cervical cancer is ver-y sensitive to radiotherapy .Twist has an important regulatory role for the cell apoptosis of cervical cancer .
