近年来,肝外胆管细胞癌的发病有增加的趋势。目前仍以手术治疗为主要的治疗手段。针对已失去根治机会的病例,有效的胆汁引流、放化疗、光动力疗法是延缓肿瘤生长速度,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存期的关键。

The incidence of extrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma is increasing in recent years, and the surgical intervention is the capital therapeutic method. The management of effective biliary drainage, radio- therapy, chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy is the key to delay the tumor growth, improve the quality of life and prolong the survival to the patients without the surgical opportunity.
