摘要
急性前庭综合征是以急性持续性头晕为主要表现的综合征。本文综合各项临床研究阐述通过有效的床边检查鉴别周围及中枢性病因。HINT三联动床边眼动检查法在鉴别后颅窝卒中有较高敏感性及特异性,并且排除卒中比早期MRI DWI更有效。
