进气管座表面镀镉层腐蚀原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析等手段,分析了进气管座镀镉层表面的白色斑迹,并对生产过程中所用到的F-35防锈油、7804抗化学润滑脂、铁锚352胶3种有机物进行了模拟试验,确定了进气管座表面出现白色斑迹的原因。镀镉试片加速腐蚀试验和有机气氛腐蚀试验结果表明:铁锚352胶及其有机气氛会对镀镉层表面造成腐蚀,进气管座表面白色斑迹为铁锚352胶污染,镉镀层被轻微腐蚀,并未穿透,并进一步提出了涂胶固化后减少有机气氛的工艺改进措施。 The reason of white stains appeared in the surface of intake manifold base which was cadmium electroplated were analyzed by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer, and the corresponding simulation test were carried out. The result of accelerated corrosion testing and organic atmosphere corrosion testing showed that the corrosion of cadmium electroplated and the white stains of intake manifold base was caused by 352 glue, the cadmium electroplated was slightly corrosion which was not penetrate, and further process improvements were put forward to reducing organic atmosphere when the glue was solidificated.
