摘要
以芳烃或芳烃衍生物为原料 ,用不同的磺化剂经不同的路线分别合成了 3 4-二甲苯磺酸 ,黄胺酸。探讨了邻二甲苯浓硫酸的摩尔比与产率的关系 ,溶剂对α-萘酚磺化的影响。采用电位滴定和UV光谱法进行了定量分析。分别以氨基酸标样考察两种沉淀剂的性能。沉淀分离猪血粉水解液中的亮氨酸、精氨酸。实验结果表明 :3 4-二甲苯磺酸是亮氨酸的高选择性沉淀剂 ,黄胺酸对精氨酸的沉淀效果良好。沉淀分离法具有操作简便、设备通用、沉淀剂可回收再利用的优点。研究为扩大试验建立了良好的基础。
WT5,5”BZ]The paper studied the synthesis of 34-dimethylbenzene sulfonic acid,flavianic acid,from some aromatic hydrocarbon or aromatic compounds, which were sulfonated by sulfonic reagents.The relationship betweem the ratio of o xylene/sulfuric acid and the yield of 34-dimethylbenzene sulfonic acid,and the effect of solvent on the yield of flavianic acid were discussed.The precipitating reagents were quantitavely analyzed by electrolytic titration and UV spectrometry.The paper explored the characters of reaction between two precipitatin reagents and two amino acids (Leucine,Arginine,)respectively,and application the precipitating reagents were used to separate,two amino acids Leucine and Arginine from pig blood powder hydrolyzate.Experimental results indicated that 34-dimethylbenzene sulfonic acid was a selecting precipitating reagent for Leucine,an other kind was also good.The technology of this precipitating method is simple,the equipment are universal,precipitating reagent can be restored.This method builds up a foundation for large scale experiment.
