摘要
用分光光度法测定了螺旋藻胶囊中总氨基酸和多糖的含量。结果表明本定量方法准确可靠 ,可用于控制该产品质量指标。
The total amino acid and polysaccharide contained in spiulins platensis were determined by spectrophotometric method. The results show that this quantitative determination method is accurate and reliable,and can be used as an indicator for spiulins platensis quality control.
