变频正压冲洗雾化与负压置换对儿童鼻-鼻窦炎的临床对比分析

Clinical comparative analysis of frequency positive pressure flushing atomization and negative pressure replacement in treatment for children sinusitis

目的：探讨变频正压冲洗雾化与负压置换对儿童鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法选取本院2010年10月～2012年12月诊治的慢性鼻窦炎患儿97例，根据治疗方案分为两组，48例患儿行负压置换治疗为对照组，49例患儿行变频正压冲洗雾化治疗为观察组，采用视觉模拟评分法评定患儿的各种感受，比较两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗后，两组患儿流涕视觉模拟评分、鼻塞视觉模拟评分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分、头痛视觉模拟评分均显著下降。观察组患儿流涕视觉模拟评分、鼻塞视觉模拟评分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分、头痛视觉模拟评分、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与负压置换相比，变频正压冲洗雾化治疗儿童鼻-鼻窦炎的效果更好，安全性更高。

Objective To investigate treatment effect of frequency positive pressure flushing atomization and negative pressure replacement in treatment for children sinusitis. Methods 97 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected in hospital from October 2010 to December 2012. According to treatment plan, patients were divided into two groups.48 patients treated negative pressure replacement as control group.49 patients treated frequency positive pressure flushing atomization as observation group. Various feelings were assessed by visual analogue score. Treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results Runny nose VAS;stuffy nose VAS;cough VAS;Headache VAS decreased significantly after treatment. Runny nose VAS;stuffy nose VAS;cough VAS; Headache VAS;incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group. Differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with negative pressure replacement, effect of frequency positive pressure flushing atomization is better in treatment for children sinusitis,which has higher security.
