心内科患者护理安全问题与对策分析

Analysis on the problems and countermeasures of nursing safety of patients in department of cardiology

目的：探讨心内科患者护理安全存在的问题，采取相应的措施提高心内科患者护理质量。方法对在我院2011年12月～2013年1月接受治疗的80例心内科患者资料进行回顾性分析，将这些患者随机分为两组，一组为实验组，另一组为对照组，每组有患者40例。对照组患者采用传统方法进行护理，实验组患者在传统护理方法基础上进行护理管理，分析两组患者在护理过程中出现的护理安全问题，并提出有效的解决方法。结果本次实验中，实验组患者总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组患者85%；对照组中，临床上安全问题发生率为20%，而实验组患者安全问题发生率为7.5%，且两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上，对心内科患者进行正确评估，并做好患者的药物护理，采用适合于心内科患者的健康护理模式，帮助患者养成良好安全护理行为，从而降低患者治疗后并发症的发病率。

Objective To investigate the nursing safety problems of patients in department of cardiology and the corresponding measures to improve the quality of nursing of patients in department of cardiology. Methods The data of 80 patients in department of cardiology who were treated in our hospital from November 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and each group had 40 patients. The patients in the control group were nursed with the traditional method, while the patients in the experimental group were received further nursing management based on the traditional nursing method. The nursing safety problems during the nursing process in the two groups were analyzed, and the effective resolving methods were put out. Results In this experiment, the total effective rate in the experimental group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（85%）; The incidence of clinical safety problems in the control group was 20%, while that in the experimental group was only 7.5%, and the difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion An appropriate clinical assessment for patients in department of cardiology, medical nursing of patients, adopting healthy nursing models suitable to patients in department of cardiology, and helping patients to develop good safety nursing behaviors, all of which can reduce the incidence of complications in patients after the treatment.
