药品是特殊商品,其安全有效直接关系到人们的生命安全以及健康,对于其流通必须加以规范。尤其是我国自改革开放以来,药品流通监管机制已经初步发展起来,在规范药品流通中起着重要作用。然而,随着我国市场经济的不断发展,现有药品流通监管机制日益呈现出弊端,在某种程度上制约了药品流通的发展。因此,我国药品流通秩序需要进一步加以规范。本文阐述我国药品流通监管存在的问题,并针对问题提出独特性见解,以期对今后药品流通监管工作提供一定的借鉴。

Drug is not just a conventional commodity and particular regulation on the its circulation is needed, for its safety and efficacy directly relates to people＇s life and health, The drug regulation mechanism, which has been implemented since China carried our reform and open policy, plays a very important role in standardizing the drug circulation. However, with the continuous development of China＇s market economy, more and more deficiencies appear in the existing regulatory mechanism of drug circulation, restricting the development of drug circulation to some extent. Therefore, additional regulation is needed to standardize the order in drug circulation. This article describes the problems in existing drug circulation and proposes solutions, providing new insights into the management of drug circulation in the future.
