原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的病理特点及影像诊断

目的分析原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)的病理特点,探讨影像学诊断措施。方法回顾性分析21例PCNSL患者的病理和影像学诊断资料。结果 21例PCNSL均经CT、MRI检查确诊,其中,单发18例、多发3例;幕上16例、幕下3例、弥漫分布2例。结论 PCNSL的影像学表现有显著特征,可作为首选检查,要注意与几种类似病相鉴别。

Objective To analyze the pathological features of the primary central nervous system lymphoma （PCNSL）,explore imaging diagnostic measures. Methods Pathology and diagnostic imaging data of 21 cases with PCNSL were retrospectively analyzed. Results 21 cases of PCNSL were conifrmed by CT,MRI diagnosed,of which 18 cases of single,multiple three cases;16 cases on the screen,the screen under the three cases,two cases of diffuse. Conclusion Imaging PCNSL has a signiifcant performance characteristics,can be used as the ifrst choice,pay attention and several similar spondylosis.
