摘要
以端羟基聚醚改性有机硅、甲苯2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,乙二醇(EG)为扩链剂,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,合成了聚氨酯改性有机硅。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜等对聚合物进行表征。采用该自制的聚氨酯改性有机硅处理棉织物,能够获得较好的手感,在降低强力损失的同时提高湿摩擦牢度。浸轧法处理纯棉织物的最佳工艺条件为:整理剂80 g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间90 s。
The polyurethane modified organic silicone is prepared with hydroxyl-terminated polyether modified silicone and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as materials, ethylene glycol (EG) as chain extender, and sodium bisulfite as end capping agent. The chemical structure of the polymer is characterized by FTqR and SEM. The cotton fabric finished by the polyurethane modified organic silicone has better handle, lower strength loss, and improved color fastness to wet rubbing. The optimal padding process for cotton fabric is finishing agent 80 g/L, baking at 160 ℃ for 90 s.
