摘要
采用乳液聚合的方法制备一种丙烯酸树脂黏合剂,以用于喷墨印花涂层胶;研究单体用量、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、聚合反应温度,以及滴加时间对乳液效果的影响。结果显示,优化的合成条件为:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量3%,引发剂用量0.8%,非离子型脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚XL-90乳化剂4%,聚合温度70~75℃,滴加时间2.5h。该乳液稳定性佳,应用于喷墨印花产品线条轮廓线清晰度,织物水洗牢度、胶膜水洗牢度等达到要求。
A kind of acrylic resin adhesive for ink-jet printing is prepared with emulsion polymerization method. The influences of dosages of monomer, initiator and emulsifier, reaction temperature and dropping time on the performance of the emulsion are discussed. The results show that the prepared adhesive has good stability under conditions of glycidylmethacrylate 3 %, initiator 0.8%, emulsifier fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether XL-90 4%, and reaction at 70 -75 ℃ for 2.5 h, and the prints feature clear outline and satisfactory washing fastness.
