Present status and developing trend of transfer printing of textiles

转移印花因其占地面积小,工艺流程短,花纹清晰、逼真,特别适宜小批量多品种生产,是当今比较流行的印花方法之一。转移印花,可分为热转移印花和冷转移印花。文中评述了近年来国内外转移印花研究现状与进展,包括其工艺、材料及其设备情况,以及生产彩色印花织物的新技术———染料热扩散转移印花。

Transfer printing has become a more popular printing method for its small occupation area, short process, good sharpness and vivid pattern, and is especially suitable for multi-variety and small lot production. Transfer printing can be divided into thermal transfer printing and cold transfer printing. Status quo and development trend of textile transfer printing are introduced including processing technique, materials and equipment, as well as a new technology of dye diffusion thermal transfer for colorful prints.
