摘要
提出整体误差测量过程存在“平差效应” ,其实质为曲率干涉。试验验证渐开线齿轮凸齿形上确实存在局部凹状。给出了整体误差测量发生平差效应的解析条件 。
It is presented that mean error effect is existed in the process of gear integrated error measuring and its essence is curvature interference It is proofed with experiment that these is local sunken point in the raised tooth profile of involute gear Resolve condition of mean error effect in the process of gear integrated error measuring is given,and the correlative conclusion is obtained
