摘要
叶片形态是水稻重要的农艺性状之一。本研究分离了两个水稻突变体F2-102和S1-4,其表型为叶片宽度减小,叶片半卷及半矮化。遗传分析表明,这两个突变体均受单一核编码隐性基因控制,并利用Indel标记将其定位在第12号染色体长臂上。对定位区间内的编码类纤维素合成酶D4的基因OsCSLD4进行序列分析表明,突变体F2-102在第二个外显子缺失了8bp,而S1-4在第二个外显子发生单碱基替换,导致类纤维素合成酶D4功能缺失,引起细卷叶表型。
Leaf shape is an important agronomical trait of rice. ][n this study, two altelic mutants F2 -102 and S1 -4 were isolated, which showed reduced leaf width, semi-rolled le^tves and different degrees of dwarfism. Genetic analysis revealed that these phenotypes were controlled by a single recess;ire nuclear gene,which was mapped on the long arm of chromosome 12 using Indel markers. Sequence analyses of the encompassed OsCSLD4 gene encoding the cellulose synthase-like D4 showed that there was an 8bp deletion and a single base substitution within the second exon of OsCSLD4, respectively. Thus mutations in OsCSLD4 were responsible for the narrow and rolled leaf phenotype.
