双胎输血综合征胎盘交通血管激光电凝术及并发症治疗的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 双胎输血综合征（TTTS）在单绒毛膜双胎妊娠中的发生率为10％～15％，未经治疗者胎儿及新生儿死亡率高达80％。100％。目前TTTS常采用治疗方法包括羊水减量术、隔膜造孔术、选择性胎盘交通血管激光电凝术（SLPCV）及选择性减胎术[1]。SLPCV是目前公认的首选治疗方法。
