二氢罗丹明流式细胞分析方法用于X-连锁慢性肉芽肿病诊断和携带者筛查 被引量:6

摘要 吞噬细胞在吞噬过程中产生过氧阴离子和其他反应性氧复合物,此过程被称为呼吸爆发,这些代谢产物与溶酶体酶共同参与杀灭被吞噬的微生物。慢性肉芽肿病(chronicgranulomatousdisease,CGD)患者存在吞噬细胞呼吸爆发缺陷,该病诊断基于体外检测中性粒细胞刺激后消耗氧和产生氧代谢物缺陷。
