摘要
目的:探讨重度特发性弱精子症患者精子鞭毛超微结构特点。方法:对22例重度特发性弱精子症患者的精子鞭毛结构进行透射电镜检查,观察其超微结构特点。结果:22例均存在鞭毛超微结构异常,6例表现为特征性的内外动力臂部分或完全缺失,符合原发性纤毛运动障碍;1例表现为纤维鞘过度增生、肥厚,组织结构紊乱,符合纤维鞘发育不良;15例表现为非特异性鞭毛结构异常,表现为微管结构的随机性、非均一性数量异常。结论:重度特发性弱精子症患者进行鞭毛超微结构检查具有重要意义,可区分先天性及后天获得性鞭毛结构异常,对后续治疗有指导价值。
Objective: To observe the uhrastructural changes of sperm flagella in patients with severe idiopathic asthenospermia. Methods : Using the transmission electron microscope, we examined the ultrastructure of sperm flagella from 22 patients with severe idiopathic asthenosperrnia. Results: Ultrastructural anomalies were found in all the 22 patients, 6 with partial or complete absence of internal and external dynamic arms in dedicative of primary ciliary dyskinesia, 1 with hyperplasia, hypertrophy and disordered organization of the fibrous sheath usually referred to as dysplasia of the fibrous sheath, and the other 15 with non-specific flagellar anomalies. Conclusion : Examination of the uhrastructure of sperm flagella in severe idiopathic asthenospermia patients can help to distinguish congenital from acquired flagellar structural anomalies and give valuable guidance in the treatment.
