HRCT对隐源性机化性肺炎的诊断价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨隐源性机化性肺炎(COP)的高分辨率CT(HRCT)征象。方法选择COP患者17例,均经CT导向下肺活检及胸腔镜肺活检病理证实,回顾性分析患者的HRCT影像资料。结果 17例患者均为多个肺叶受累,以两肺胸膜下及支气管血管束分布为主。呈多发斑片状含气的实变影12例,其内伴磨玻璃样改变6例,伴条索影3例;单发磨玻璃样改变2例;单发条索影2例;斑片状影伴"反晕征"1例。具有游走性表现7例。17例对肾上腺皮质激素均有效果。结论 COP最常见的HRCT表现为肺多发斑片状含气的实变影、磨玻璃样改变、条索状改变,以两下肺及胸膜下分布为特征。
