多发性非糖尿病性类脂质渐进性坏死并骨损害1例

A Case Report of Non-diabetic Necrobiosis Lipoidica with Clinical Manifestations of Multiple Lesions with Bone Damage

患者女,25岁。面部及四肢多发紫红色斑块18年。右小腿皮损处组织病理:真皮处大片胶原纤维变性,见成纤维细胞增生,其间散在淋巴及组织细胞浸润,也见多核巨细胞。X线检查:右腓骨骨干远端变细。诊断:类脂质渐进性坏死;骨损害。

A 25-year-old Chinese woman was presented with multiple plaques on face,four limbs for 18 years. The histo pathology of right leg lesion showed degenerated collagen on one side of the dermis,and there were fibroblasts in lymphocytes and histiocytes,with multinucleate giant cells seeable,on another side. X-ray showed the far end of the backbone of right fibula become thinner. Diagnosis：necrobiosis lipoidica; bone damage.
