大黄蟅虫胶囊治疗血瘀型银屑病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases with Blood Stasis Type Psoriasis Dahuang Zhechong Capsule

目的观察大黄蟅虫胶囊治疗血瘀型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例寻常性(血瘀型)银屑病患者随机分成两组,各30例,治疗组予大黄蟅虫胶囊口服,对照组予阿维A胶囊口服,两组均同时予维生素E乳膏外涂,疗程12周,随访6个月。结果治疗组治疗前PASI积分为(18.73±4.15)分,治疗后第4,8和12周时依次为(16.70±3.33)分,(10.37±2.37)分和(2.96±3.48)分;对照组依次为(18.65±3.19)分,(16.12±2.34)分,(10.07±2.13)分和(5.66±4.53)分。治疗组和对照组治疗后组内的PASI积分均比治疗前明显降低(P均<0.01)。治疗第4周时两组患者评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周和12周时两组间评分差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗结束时治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组为96.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组复发率(2例,13.33%)明显低于对照组(8例,72.73%)。结论大黄蟅虫胶囊治疗血瘀型银屑病效果明显,其作用机制可能在于其"活血通络、攻逐瘀血"抗血栓的机理。

Objective To observe the Dahuang Zhechong capsule clinical curative effect for the treatment of blood sta sis type of psoriasis. Methods The 60 cases of vulgaris psoriatic （blood stasis type） patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given to Dahuang Zhechong capsule oral and control group to avi A capsule orally. Both groups were coated with vitamin E cream, after 12 weeks of treatment, were fol lowed up for 6 months. Results The treatment group PASI score was （18.73 ± 4.15 ） before treatment,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,in turn,was （ 16.70 ± 3.33 ） , （ 10.37 ± 2.37 ） and （ 2.96 ± 3.48 ） ; the con- trol group,in turn,was（18.65 ±3.19） and（16.12±2.34） ,（10.07 ±2.13） and（5.66 ±4.53） . The treatment group and control group in the PASI score after treatment group were significantly lower than that of before treatment（ P 〈0.01 ）. After 4 weeks, there was no statistically significant difference scores between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ） ; After treatment of 8 and 12 weeks score differences between the two groups had sta tistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group effective rate was 93.33 % at the end of the treatment, control group was 96.67% , there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Recurrence rate （2 ea- ses, 13.33% ） treatment group was obviously lower than the control group（ 8 cases ,72.73% ）. Conclusion The Dahuang Zhehong capsule＇s effect is obvious ,for treating psoriasis stasis and its mechanism may be in its ＂Huoxuetongluo attack by stasis＂ antithrombotic mechanism.
