昆明山海棠递减疗法治疗激素依赖性皮炎34例临床观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Tripterygii Hypoglauci Decremental Therapy in 34 Patients with Corticosteroid Dependent Dermatitis

目的观察昆明山海棠片递减疗法治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的68例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(34例):口服昆明山海棠片4片,3次/d,每间隔2周减量;对照组(34例):外搽0.1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,2次/d,治疗2周后改为1次/d,治疗第6周末时改为隔天1次外搽;同时两组患者均口服地氯雷他定片5mg,1次/d,疗程均为8周。治疗期间每2周随访1次,至停药后2周时。结果 68例患者中有62例完成临床试验,治疗组有效率75.00%,对照组为83.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组平均起效时间为(21.2士6.5)d,对照组为(16.5±5.1)d;停药后2周时,治疗组复发率37.50%,对照组为68.00%;以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。且治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论昆明山海棠递减疗法治疗激素依赖性皮炎安全而有效,可明显降低该病的复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of tripterygii hypoglauci decremental therapy for the treatment of patients with corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group （34 case） ：take tripterygii hypoglauci 4 tab lets each time, 3 times a day, reduce a pill every 2 weeks. Control group （34 case） ：topical 0. 1% hydro cortisone butyrate cream, 2 times a day, reduced to once a day after 2 weeks, and cut to every other day af- ter 6 weeks. The patients in both groups received desloratadine tablet 5 mg once a day, and the clinical symptom and sign scores were recorded every 2 weeks until 2 weeks after the courses over. Results Sixty-two of 68 cases completed the whole course of treatment. The total effective rate of treatment group and con- trol group were 75.00%, 83.33%, respectively, two groups total effective rate is no statistical differences（P 〉 0.05）. The effect initiating time of treatment group and the control group were（21.2 ± 6.5）d and（ 16.5 ± 5.1 ） d, respectively. And with a statistically significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Two weeks after the drug withdrawal, treatment group recurrence rate was 37.50%, control group recurrence rate was 68.00%, the recurrence rate of the two groups is statistically difference（P 〈 0.05）. Both groups had no ob vious adverse reactions. Conclusion Tripterygii Hypoglauci decremental therapy is safe and effective, and can obviously reduce the recurrence rate in the treatment of corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
