摘要
急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的诊断主要依靠传统心电图及心肌酶学改变,有其局限性,心脏磁共振成像(CMRI)以其巨大的潜力在ACS的诊断、指导治疗、预后分析方面具有重大应用价值。本文围绕心脏磁共振在急性冠状动脉综合征中的应用进行综述。
Diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome （ACS） mainly depends on ECG changes and elevation of serum en- zymes, which have limits. Cardiac MRI has potentially significant diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic value. The appli- cations of cardiac MRI in ACS were reviewed in this article.
